Hertfordshire County Councillors will be given an overview of how Hertfordshire is implementing the national requirements to reform support and services to support children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) at the Education, SEND and Inclusion panel on Tuesday 14 July.
Hertfordshire’s draft SEND reform plan, developed by Hertfordshire County Council with the Central East Integrated Care Board, sets out how the Local Area SEND Partnership will take action to align to the Government’s SEND Reform proposals, while continuing to improve local services in line with its recently published SEND strategy.
The full SEND reform plan for Hertfordshire has been published along with the papers for the Education, SEND and Inclusion panel on 14 July, and can be found here: 06 Item 5 Appendix 1 – Hertfordshire SEND Reform Plan.pdf
