Meetings

We’re here to empower you with the information and tools you need, while supporting your understanding and participation. Our role is always impartial, collaborative and shaped by your preferences.

Our support
We receive many requests for support at meetings. While we want to help as much as possible, we may not be able to attend every meeting due to the number of families we support.

Whether we feel we can make a meaningful contribution
If we’re unable to attend the meeting, we’ll still support you before and after by helping you prepare, guiding you to useful resources, and exploring next steps to help you work towards your desired outcomes. We’re here to support you in every way we can.
Accessibility
We welcome and embrace all abilities, recognising and supporting individual needs. If you find it hard to share your thoughts, understand information, or access the support your child needs, let us know when you get in touch.
Accessibility matters to us, whether you’re navigating a disability, experiencing communication or learning challenges, or have other support needs. Every individual’s experience deserves respect and understanding.
Our goal is to work with you in a way that best suits you. This may include using preferred communication methods, making reasonable adjustments, or tailoring the information we provide. We want you to feel confident, comfortable, and supported throughout your SEND journey.
